Request For Proposals – Courthouse Interior Lighting Project
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Granite County, a political subdivision of Montana, is requesting sealed written proposals from firms capable of providing electrical engineering services and electrician services to Granite County for the Granite County Courthouse located at 220 North Sansome Street, Philipsburg, Montana. This request is being issued by the Board of Granite County Commissioners. The electrical engineering services and electrician services will involve designing and installing new lighting throughout the Granite County Courthouse, including emergency and safety lighting, and warranties. This project also includes remodel construction of the original ceilings and removal of the existing false tile ceilings in the Commission Office only.

Written proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked on the outside “Electrical Engineering and Electrician Services for Granite County Courthouse, December 13, 2016”. Proposals must be received in the Office of the Board of Granite County Commissioners, Granite County Courthouse, 220 North Sansome Street, P.O. Box 925, Philipsburg, Montana 59858 no later than 1:00 p.m. local time on December 13, 2016 at which time the sealed written bids will be opened and considered by the Board of Granite County Commissioners.
Finalists may or may not be interviewed based on an evaluation of written proposals. All factors considered, the award of the contract will be made to the most qualified bidder. The Board of Granite County Commissioners reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any proposal is the in the best interest of Granite County and which may require further information from the bidders. Successful bidders must negotiate and enter into a mutually agreed upon written contract with Granite County.
